The Old Surgery is a group practice of counsellors and psychotherapists in Leighton Buzzard (some also in Milton Keynes) providing short term and longer term counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, families and couples, as well as professional supervision.

We have counsellors who specialise in working with children and young people, several who see couples and somel who work with families. Our counsellors have specialisms in addictions, relationship problems, eating disorders, trauma, long term illness and carers’ issues.
