Astral Park Sports and Community Centre

Astral Park Sports and Community Centre is situated within Astral Park to the south of the town and can be accessed by car via Johnson Drive, or by bus using the D1 Dash Direct service. The surrounding area comprises of a large open space, an oval track with hard surfacing, green gym, children’s play equipment and a number of football pitches. The building is also in close proximity to the new Astral Lake (not managed by the Town Council).

The venue offers a large function hall, toilets, a fully equipped catering kitchen and a smaller kitchenette. The building is very light and airy with many windows and doors that open out onto the park. In addition to the main hall, there are four sports changing rooms available for hire.
