Pear Projects, owned and run by me (Sarah), brings Female Health, Fitness & Massage to the women of the Tring, Leighton Buzzard and Berkhamsted areas. There are several different ways in which this is achieved; as a Power PlateĀ® instructor (for all abilities but specifically post natal women), as an ante and post natal fitness specialist, as a Holistic Core RestoreĀ® coach (specialist in all things core & pelvic floor health/fitness) & also as a level 3 sports massage therapist with extended training in pregnancy, post natal & abdominal scar massage.
