The Lighthouse
Sometimes all you need is a kind word, reassurance and a cup of tea. The Lighthouse is here for you, you don't need a referral or to be diagnosed with a mental health condition - just come along. EVERYONE IS WELCOME. All the sessions are run by NHS, qualified mental health staff. Leighton Linslade Helpers works alongside The Lighthouse by helping them run a crisis cafe on a Wednesday.

Friday - 5:30pm - 9pm
