Prescription Collection Service

We can arrange for the collection of your prescription and the delivery of your medication to you at home. If you already have have a nominated chemist, you don't need your paper prescription, just request your GP to submit your prescription to your chemist.

 

If you don't already have a nominated chemist Please telephone your Doctor's Surgery and ask them to put through an online prescription on your behalf and tell them which chemist you would like it sent to.

When your medication is ready, please make contact with us to arrange collection. Our preferred method of communication for this service is via our online form: please click here.

Please note: we do NOT guarantee same day response. In general you should allow at least 24 hours for your request to allow us time to organise a volunteer to do the collection and delivery.
